For departures from the airport, the included waiting time is 60 minutes. For all other starting points 30 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the above limites, extra charges will be applied.
If your transfer is from the airport, the driver will wait for you at arrivals with a sign with your name, and if it is from the port or station, he will wait for you at the nearest meeting point. If it is from your accommodation, he will be waiting for you in front of the building. In case you cannot find him, contact him.
Due to the large fleet of vehicles at our disposal, vehicles are assigned the day before each transfer. We are unable to confirm a specific brand or model for your booking. But the assigned vehicle surely will be no less valuable than the one stated in your booking.
You can change the vehicle category via the Confirmation using the "Manage your booking" link or via "my booking" account. Vehicle modification usually requires price changes.

You must make a reservation for child seats, because the safety of children's transportation is regulated by law and there are penalties for not using them. We offer infant seats (0-1 years old), child seats (1-5 years old), and booster seats (5-12 years old) with an additional charge.
You are welcome to bring your foldable wheelchair or child seat at no extra charge. Please make sure to choose a vehicle that is large enough to accommodate all passengers, luggage, child seat (pls consider it takes space for 1 person) and/or the wheelchair.
It is possible to add it while making your online booking, but additional stops are only allowed en route, limited to 15 minutes for an additional charge.
Pets are allowed as long they are properly placed in the travel box or bag and put in the cargo hold of the vehicle, without an extra charge. Also, please mind your pet does not disturb the driver during the transfer and that the vehicle remains in good condition, ready for the guests after you.
The allowed luggage per passenger seat is one piece of medium size and one piece of hand luggage and is already included in the price of your transfer. If you have extra luggage per passenger seat and that require a larger vehicle category, you need to book a larger vehicle.
All our passengers have injury insurance in the event of a car accident. We also suggest you to pay Travel Insurance every time you travel so that you can travel without worries.
